BOSS LADY
Emma
Meet Emma. She never planned to own a salon, but then accidentally built one that people drive across the Bayside for. The Emma Special is colour, cut and styling shaped to your face, your colouring and your real life, not a trend off a mood board. She runs on coffee, travel plans and reckons every person in her chair is an icon. When she isn’t creating spectacular hair, you’ll find her gardening and enjoying her home with her Frenchie fur babies, Albie and Coco.
Front of house
Jess
Meet Jess. She’s Emma’s right hand, and the reason a fully booked Saturday somehow stays calm. A former senior hairdresser and 2x AHIA Coordinator of the Year finalist, she knows the hair as well as the schedule, so you’re sorted from hello. She runs on Coke Zero and colour-coded notes, and is somehow still smiling with fifty things on the go. Just don’t mess with her routine; she’ll spiral. We’ve warned you. Out of the salon, you’ll find Jess and her husband Mark filling their camera rolls with photos of their puppy Milo.
Front of house
Brie
Meet Brie, aka C’ba’s memory bank. She’s your first hello and the reason your favourite chair’s already waiting. She’ll remember your name, your kids’ names and the back of your head matched to your new colour, all powered by a vanilla latte (ahem… vanilla everything) and a notebook she guards with her life. If it’s not written down, it didn’t happen. Mum to Weston and Walker, she’s happiest camping with her family.
Master stylists
Sav
Meet Sav. She’s been here since the doors opened in 2015, which should tell you plenty about how many Blue V’s she drank over that time (full-sugar, obvs). Blondes are her love language, lived-in, balayage, the odd copper, always with a scalp massage and a proper debrief. The Sav Special is a blonde so good you’ll be flicking it the whole drive home. When she’s not at the hair spa, she’s deep in a book or a Netflix hole, or hanging with her daughter Mylah.
Master stylists
Jaymee-Lee
Meet Jaymee-Lee. Want the hair of your dreams? She’s your extensions person, mixing types until it blends like you grew it. She’s also your bridal and formal go-to, with Sydney Fashion Week on her CV twice. Her 2026 era is self-care, so the chair’s all calm energy until she sees a rat’s tail… then out come the scissors. Off the clock, it’s the gym, a book, or her puppies. Anyone’s welcome in her chair, no exceptions. Okay, maybe one…
Master stylists
Jazz
Meet Jazz. Bright blonde and beachy waves are her signature, which makes sense when Sabrina Carpenter is her dream client. As a Kérastase Care Coach, Jazz is all about enhancing your natural colour and serving bronde, old-money blonde vibes. Her main character product is Kérastase Elixir Oil because, in her words, it’s gold and she likes expensive things. Off the clock, she’s finding the next good restaurant, keeping up with fashion, and being a dog mum to Remi Sky.
Master stylists
Ashleigh
Meet our Salon Manager, Leader and Kérastase Care Coach, Ashleigh, known for her rich brunettes, bright coppers and all things blonde. Her 2026 era is education, so she’s often levelling up the team, while chasing easy upstyles that don’t need a 20-minute tutorial to recreate. Since becoming mum to Mia, her dream client is someone who always puts others before themselves so that she can treat them to a full experience from start to finish. Out of the salon, catch her camping with her family or at the beach with a cold matcha.
Master stylists
Alana
Meet Alana. Custom balayage is her craft, the lived-in but bold kind, and she’s just as at home with grey coverage and rich all-over colour. Properly technical yet down-to-earth, she makes a big change feel exciting rather than scary. Since she can’t have a coconut margarita at work, she’s accepted chocolate coconut water as a tragic substitute. Beyond the salon, you’ll find Alana planning her next overseas adventure that definitely involves chasing a sunset at the beach… with a proper coconut marg, of course.
Senior stylists
Margot
Meet Margot. Curly hair, scalp lightening and vivid transformations are where she shines, all in her soft, airy, textured signature. Her 2026 era is “soft girl flow,” and her chair feels exactly like that sounds. A creative through and through, she paints balayage, then goes home to cook and draw, and serves up Doritos with cottage cheese (a combo we’re choosing not to question).
Senior stylists
Georgie
Meet Georgie. Want something funky? From Bangs, texture, to colour with attitude, she’s your stylist, with a bit of Hayley Williams running through everything she does. Creative cutting is the obsession, vivid colour the playground. Off the clock, you’ll find Georgie sewing, reading on her Kindle, or trawling the local markets, fuelled by full-sugar Coca-Cola. Book her when you’re ready to stand out.
Senior stylists
Amber
Meet Amber. Lived-in blonde is her thing, the kind that’s bright where it counts, soft through the roots so there’s no harsh line, and easy to grow out between visits. Want serious length and thickness too? She does extensions, so she’s got you covered there as well. She runs the whole operation on Red Bull and a healthy Netflix habit. Book her for blonde that looks expensive and a stylist who’s properly obsessed with getting it right.
Senior stylists
Dakota
Meet Dakota. Expensive-looking hair (aka The Dakota Effect) is her whole thing. She does healthy lived-in blondes and balayage with a glassy finish that looks effortless on purpose. Think soft honey, golden tones, Margot Robbie energy. Off the clock, she’s shopping, watching Netflix, or hanging out with her mum.
Emerging stylists
Jessica
Meet Jessica. Three years in and chasing the apprenticeship finish line, Jess is foils-obsessed and heading straight for blondes and balayage. Her head-massage secret is all in the neck, so come prepared for a mid-basin snooze. Warm and detail-focused, she notices the small stuff. Off the clock, she’s off on an adventure somewhere, or home with her family and her dog Frankie, hyping herself up to Fred Again.
Emerging stylists
Rachel
Meet Rachel. If the scalp massage is the whole reason you book a salon, Rachel’s your girl. Think slow, firm, the kind you have to be gently woken up from. Her year is all about development, and she’s pouring it into bouncy blow-dries and the creative, season-led blonde she wants her name on. She practises on a mannequin named Kim and gets in the zone to The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Book her for a blow-dry that holds and a massage you’ll think about for days later.
Emerging stylists
Monique
Meet Monique. She’s smashing the first year of her hairdressing apprenticeship with her sights set on a perfect gloss and blow-dry, and wants her name on vivid colour and rich brunettes. In the chair, she’s calm and unhurried, takes her time, keeps you comfy. Her mannequin’s called Patricia, and her hype song features PinkPantheress and Skrillex. Gentle hands, unhinged playlist.
Salon Doggos
Albie
Meet Albie, C'ba's original Frenchie and unofficial mascot, here since 2018. He'll greet you with a full-body tail wag and is more than happy to supervise your appointment from the comfort of a sunny spot out front. His true calling, though, is lunchtime, where he'll aim the full puppy-dog-eyes routine at whoever's eating and wait for someone to crack. Off the clock, he's running laps at the beach. Come for the hair, get a warm welcome from Albie thrown in.
Coco
Meet Coco, the Frenchie who joined us in 2024 and immediately took over. Boujee like her Mumma, powered by what we can only describe as unlimited energy, she'll do high-speed laps of the salon and then demand your undivided attention while your colour processes, whether you offered it or not. She loves the beach, long walks, being in charge, and food, all food, no exceptions. Come for the transformation, stay for hurricane Coco.
