You don't have to book online if that's not easy for you. Plenty of our fans book over the phone or in person, and our salon coordinators are happy to walk you through it, answer questions, and note anything that'll make your visit easier.
Getting in and moving around
There's no step into the C’ba Hair building, so you can come straight in, whether you use a wheelchair, a walker, a pram, or just don't love stairs. Inside, we've kept wide, open spaces so mobility devices can move around easily, and there's free parking at the front and back of the salon.
A quieter appointment, if you'd like one
Salons can be a lot. Bright, loud, full of chat. If that's not for you, just let our salon coordinators know when you book, and they'll arrange a quiet or silent appointment where your stylist keeps conversation to a minimum and gets on with your hair. Whether you're neurodivergent and low on spoons or simply not in the mood to talk, it's yours for the asking, no explanation needed.
Pricing that's about your hair, not your gender
Our prices are based on your hair, its length, thickness and what you're after, never your gender. Everyone books the same services the same way, so you'll never be charged a "women's" or "men's" rate, just the price for the work your hair needs.
