At C’ba Hair we always ensure that we offer a premium personilised service to each of our valued clients. To do so, we kindly request that you comply with our cancellation/no show policy.

When you book an appointment with C’ba Hair, we reserve that date and time for you. We also allocate a specific hairdresser to you. That means other inquiring clients are turned away, because we have booked you in for an appointment.
We understand personal situations may arise, however, should you decide to cancel/not show up to your appointment, 24 hours’ notice are required. You will have to call us on 07 3245 2350. If we do not answer, you may leave us a voicemail with your cancellation/no show request. This may allow time for another client to book your cancelled/no show appointment slot.

Please be advised that if you give less than the required 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of the service as a cancellation/no show fee. If you continually cancel/not show up to your appointments, we reserve the right to request a booking fee in advance of your next treatment, which can be paid by Credit Card over the phone or Credit Card, EFTPOS or cash in the salon.

For clients who are running late to their scheduled appointment, as a courtesy to Team C’ba and our next scheduled client, arriving more then ten minutes late we will reschedule you for a different service or a different date and time, we also kindly request that you call us on 07 3245 2350.
